Trolley Eats — Restaurant in Virginia

I am super excited to have found a place that makes veggie empanadas AND the bonus... THEY DELIVER to my house. I could literally do cartwheels down broad street. I stumbled upon this place while I was in Instagram and took a shot at it and it was everything I hoped for. I chose 2 types.. a Veggie Mofonga Empanada (2 pack) (plantains, black beans, cotija cheese, lime juice and Cuban spices.) with chipotle crema sauce. And a Sweet potato empanada ( Veggie Sweet potato, black bean caramelized onions & shallots) *dairy free. Both of these were delicious!. I highly recommend. The order was delivered quickly and was still nice and warm. The only thing that would make this better is to add more options. If I may ask for something I would love to see on the menu.. it is a black bean and corn empanadas. .. pretty please Trolley Eats.. I will be first in line to try one. I look forward to trying other veggie/vegan...

I've ordered from here multiple times. This is a great, take-out only concept. The menu offerings are varied, so there's something for everyone in the house, and the food has always been tasty and delivered to me warm, whether doing curbside pickup or getting it delivered to my home. I love that I don't have to go into the restaurant to get my food when I pick it up - I call and they bring it out...

I went into this establishment expecting nothing but great food and stellar service. I was VERY disappointed. The management and staff are rude, inattentive, and don’t practice for proper food safety. I saw multiple people enter the bathroom without washing their hands, and even coughing onto people’s food on purpose. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. The food was...
