They act like they don’t know English. The manager is very disrespectful and argumentative. They tried to over change me for ice cream, the employee gave me a price for $3.00 for one scoop however when I went to the register to pay for my ice cream the price had changed. She called the manager and the manager said it’s $5.00, I had to have Henrico police to be the mediator, I only paid price of 3.00 that I informed of. First time there and wasn’t satisfied with the service. Piece of advice put the price on the wall for items and there won’t be an opportunity for a language...

I recently visited this establishment and tried the mangonada and the elote loco. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both dishes. The mangonada lacked a distinct mango flavor, and I've had better at other Michoacana ice cream shops. The elote loco was also underwhelming and didn't meet my expectations.
