dd's DISCOUNTS — Local services in Lakeside

This is very similar to Ross Dress For Less which DD's Discounts is owned by. It's located in the municipal city of Lakeside, CO. Cross streets are 44th Ave and Harlan St. and a small distance from Interstate 70 The bargains are hard to beat on most goods. I like to pick up decor, cosmetics, and gifts at unbeatable prices on unique finds. The Men's clothing, shoe, and accessory selections are incredible and there's so much to choose from at low low prices. For example, today I picked up denim jeans for $5.00 and a button up shirt for $2.99. For $3.99 I picked up a high quality headphone set that has amazing bass output and great treble sound and also a built-in microphone. The only negative is that there are NEVER enough cashiers. Today we waited in the only line for over 10 minutes with only 2 people ahead. My guess has to be that there are cashiers that feel that they're not paid enough to work really hard to keep up with demand so usually these employees are not interested in staying employed long. Overall this shopping destination is worth checking out while spending all your time spending so little...

I absolutely love this store's clothing and everything in it. Great prices and good quality items. The absolute worst thing about this place is the customer service and the stire always looks like a tornado went through it. Seriously needs some kind of order. Every time I go here, there is a person that's yelling "welcome to DDs" and greeting people as they come in is fine but when the entire store hears it 50 times in a row it makes them want to leave. There has only ever been one girl there, and I wish I knew her name, she is the only one I have seen doing her job non-stop. She is awesome and does what she can to keep up with the lines. The issue is there is a full staff and 98% of them are traveling around the store in groups ignoring people and their jobs. I have seriously never seen a place have such immature, unhelpful, and disrespectful people working for them. If I ever let any place I worked for look the way this store does I would have been fired. It's insane. One register is typically open with the one girl running it even when the lines are backed up all the way through to the back...

Do not plan on having a easy return at this store. I guess i shouldn't have shown up on a saturday to come to return something. First off, to do a return, when u first get into the store a security guard takes your return and gives you a ticket. Then he takes your items into a back room to hold. So i walked around and found a purse to exchange. I went to go to the check out line ( that's where returns are done also) and i kid you not. The line had about 40-50 people in it, IT WRAPPED CLEAR AROUND HALF THE STORE! NOT EVEN KIDDING! They only had two cashier's in the place. After about 30 minutes standing there i was trying to figure out how to get my returns back but there was no way to because they had taking them. So i couldn't even leave. It took litterally 45 minutes to get to the cashier. When i did she had to take my return ticket înto the room and...
