At this point if I could give them negative five stars I would. I first started coming to this pharmacy a couple of years ago and had no issues, everything ran smoothly and it was easy to get my prescriptions. But over the last six months the wait times to pick up my prescriptions have become increasingly longer and longer. This week I officially hit my breaking point. A few days prior I had called to get a few routine prescriptions filled, but I also found myself at urgent care who sent over some prescriptions for me as well so I decided to go pick them up all in one trip. When I arrived to the pharmacy the line was past the aisle into the entrance where you walk in. I couldn’t believe it! I had just spent 3.5 hours at urgent care, I was in pain, I did not want to stand in a line that long. So I went back today, the line was about half as long so I decided to wait in it. They still didn’t have all of my prescriptions filled so I had to wait another 20min for them to fill them so I did some shopping around the store. After I checked out I went back and wouldn’t you freaking know it the line was past the aisle all the way back to the entrance again. I waited in that line for 30min!!! Then they still had one prescription from urgent care that hadn’t been filled yet, luckily they let me wait up front for it. But after I got to my car I realized I was missing two of my regular prescriptions that I had previously called in and spoken to an actual person about getting filled. Read moreI gave them a chance for 3 months and my goodness I've never experienced such an incompetent pharmacy. Always had to wait 30 plus minutes in line - not entirely their fault besides not scheduling enough employees. I looked back at how often they actually had my prescription ready and it was less than 30% of the time. They didn't fill anything unless you called, they don't keep much in stock so I always had to wait for deliveries, they never auto-filled my auto fill scripts. This last experience has me never going back. I've always showed an exuberant amount of patience and kindness to the cranky staff. As someone who used to work in customer service i give multiple chances. I called tonight to see if a script was sent there because of course o didn't get the message that they received it. Gal was very kind said yes I see it here, we'll expedite it, sorry for the delay. It'll be ready in 30 minutes. I wasn't expecting they would get it ready for me. Sent my husband 1.5 hour later for him to stand in line for 40 minutes and the lady to be extremely condescending to him, implied I was lying or didn't call. Said nobody spoke to me. Read moreI have never had a good experience here when it comes to getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Normally it’s fine because I luckily don’t take any life saving medications, so if I have to go a day without, it’s okay. However, currently I am sick, and I had my prescriptions sent here yesterday morning because it is the closest to my house. However, they still haven’t filled my antibiotic prescription, 24 hours after receiving the order AND after telling me at noon yesterday that it would be ready in a couple of hours. I never got a notification of it being ready yesterday, but I stopped by this morning thinking there was no way it still wasn’t ready. Not only is it not ready, they don’t even have the medication in the building. I was told it won’t be here until between 4-6PM tonight. So, not only should I have been on antibiotics for 24 hours now on the road to recovery and potentially able to go to work today, but now I am still sick and miserable at home and no antibiotics in sight.
Needless to say, I’m now working on having these scripts transferred elsewhere that can fill them in a competent timeframe, and I will no longer be using this pharmacy for my...
