Edit: More stars lost today after the embarrassing fiasco I just experienced. I placed a mobile order and they insisted they couldn't see it. I asked them to confirm and they said it just popped up. I got to the window and it was all wrong food and so I told them I think they had my order wrong. The younger kid seemed apologetic but the older, rough looking guy had no patience and no problem telling me I was wrong and if I had an issue I could come inside to discuss it. I went inside and showed the younger gentleman my phone and he genuinely seemed to want to help and the older guy ran around the corner and yelled at him saying "we don't do things off people's phones" the younger guy seemed to still want to help and kept looking and the older guy basically pushed him aside and told him not to help. I felt like I was going crazy because all I wanted was food and I literally could do nothing to get it. As I'm having the discussion the app status changed to my food saying it was ready... But still, no help. So I left with no food after almost 10 minutes of just trying to get help. It was embarrassing to say the least because I am not someone who ever feels the need to complain in any way other than to politely ask and this guy almost drove me to raising my voice.
We showed up and had accidentally did a mobile order for the wrong location, our fault. We were trying to fix it in the drive-thru since there was no one behind us and there were some app exclusive deals I had redeemed. They asked us to pull around and do it in the parking lot because we were messing up their metrics for handle time. Fine, okay, whatever. We pull around and get it all figured out in the app and end up pulling back around in time for 3 cars to pull in front of us. Obviously not something they could control but frustrating nonetheless. We end up getting to the window and getting our order and when we got home it was wrong. No hot sauces and utensils and anything that was ordered with customizations was not correct. Normally it wouldn't bother me so much but for a store that is so "focused" on metrics they really dropped the ball on the accuracy metric...
Read moreUnder no circumstances will I recommend this location. This was the worst experience I have had in any division of the service industry. I had placed order through the app for pick up in store. We were able to see in the app that the order was received and in process of being made. We arrived to the store around 11:30am and although signs stated the lobby opened at 11am but both doors were locked. Our only option was to go through the drive through. While waiting in the drive through line 4 more people tried to get into the store and had confusion on what to do as there was no signs stating “lobby closed, please do pickup through drive through” as a considerate business would do or shut down in store pickup on the app. We through the line to the ordering kiosk and said we had a pickup. We were told that they did not have the order. Provided the names it would be under, where we ordered it, the status the app told us the order was in (in progress). They confirmed again they did not have our order. Asked how we were supposed to proceed as it was ordered to the correct location. We were told there was nothing they could do. I told them I would discuss further at the window since there was no way for me to exit the drive through line or go inside. We got to the window and they asked the name on the order again and surprise they had our order. They made no mention of the error and acted as though there was nothing wrong. We said if your lobby is closed they should have a sign and we were told by the gentleman that there was a sign (there was not). When we went around to check the doors again for said doors, they had unlocked the doors for lobby pickup!
The staff was extremely unhelpful, dismissive and did not admit their error on their end. were many aspects of this experience that could have been avoided. Starting with the doors being open when signs stated they would or signs providing a reason the doors were not open and what to do from there. I understand the world is short staffed. Companies should not sacrifice bare minimum standards of customer service to simply have a body on...
Read moreWorst experience ever, the guy taking orders seemed to really not like his job. When asked questions about an item he ignored it, not to mention when I got to the window he was carelessly on his phone. Someone else came and checked me out and handed me my food, I asked if all my items were there x2 and she said yes. It was 11 items in total and when I pulled out of the drive-thru I parked to count there were only 8! I went back into the drive thru (huge mistake) and was told they needed the bag of food to recount and check what was missing. She realized 2 items were definitely missing and then had someone else give me my food. I again asked are all the items in the bag, again I was told yes. I counted and it was short again 1 item. I had no idea what since they are all in the same wrapping but I counted 10 items and told her it was only 10 she insisted that I counted wrong and then claimed the cheese and chips count as seperate items?! I again told her something was missing and she insisted I counted wrong even though I took everything out of the bag except the chips and cheese (which on the receipt count as one but for argument sake let's say it's 2 then I would have been missing 2 items as it would have been 12 things total ) then shoved another bag in my face saying she just made an "extra" chalupa. When I asked "was that the item that I'm missing?" She said "you aren't missing anything I just made you another item" wth ! I wanted my order correctly not just giving me something to get me out the drive-thru, I won't be back because I spent nearly 30 bucks and 20 minutes just to have to be refunded because of their poor service/ attitude which made me no longer...
