Dunn Brothers Coffee — Restaurant in Lakeville

Came in on 11/24/2020 approximately at 8:10am to pick up an order for DoorDash. I understand the store may have been busy and/or backed up on orders but I shouldn't have spent 15 minutes waiting on four drinks.

I wasn't even greeted as soon as I came into the store. Perhaps, I should have announced myself but I do believe one of the workers have to welcome you. The workers placed a few orders on the pick-up counter and assumed they may have been for me but nope. (So no one even asked me who I'm picking up for in the first place).

Later on or too later on, I noticed the four drinks were completed but weren't given to me right away. One of the workers just set it on the counter by her coworker. She could have just given it to me herself right? I may or may not care about right or wrong, I've never dealt with this issue at this location before but the workers on this shift may need to improve their skills on...

Still has that new coffee shop smell! :) Great open layout, lots of natural light, super friendly staff, huge food menu for breakfast AND lunch/dinner and of course great coffee roasted on site. I work remotely at coffee shops and get very picky about the layouts, some just cram too much in a small space and it gets busy and loud. This one has a nice layout and is pretty big. I have always been a fan of the DBC breakfast sammiches because they are not pre-packaged & frozen, they are made fresh upon order. I just ordered the Ultimate Club sammich and DANG was that good! It was HUGE! And lastly, I have to say that the Internet speeds are fantastic, which is important to me since I work remotely. For those nerds out there the speeds came in at 232/23... not too shabby! Anyway.. highly recommend...

Super fast service but I kindly asked if they have blonde espresso because yes ,I do know Starbucks does but so do other local smaller coffee shops, and I tend to enjoy is more that the darker roasted taste. Anyways the girl then replied “nope, we try to as little as Starbucks as possible”, I just felt this to be a little rude of a reply as I do work at a Starbucks, not taking it personal but she certainly did not need to reply with such an attitude. Felt unprofessional as I would never call out other coffee shops as she did. Made my experience awkward and un welcomed. Coffee tasted great and no complaints with...
