No Whey Chocolate — Local services in Lakewood Township

I can't rave enough about this company and their products! I've been a customer since 2015 and have ordered every single item they offer at least once and have loved every one- all are delicious and such a treat for those of us with severe food allergies! Just this past week, I ordered some chocolate that arrived entirely melted even though I opted to purchase a cooling pack with the order. I emailed customer service and explained what happened (which was clearly the postal carrier's fault, not No Whey's), and without hesitation they sent the entire order a second time, this time double packaged and with two cooling packs. I received the melted package on the 15th and received the new package on the 19th. I genuinely could not be more impressed with how this was handled and I'm so thankful for such great customer service! Awesome company who tries hard to make allergen free versions of popular candy and treats, and they succeed! My milk allergic kid has finally learned the joy of milk chocolate, Reese's peanut butter cups, Milky Way bars, M&Ms, etc. She even gets a chocolate bunny at Easter and a chocolate Advent calendar at Christmas. She went trick-or-treating just for fun, then traded it all to her Dad for No Whey Halloween candy. It's great to have something that makes her feel "normal" and not left out because of her allergy.
