Vilros — Local services in Lakewood Township

Bought two Raspberry Pi 4 starter kits and they came more quickly than their estimate. One of the RPi's or the enclosed HDMI cable had a manufacturing defect resulting in a bent cable connector and did not work so Vilros sent me another cable within 24 hours and I received it within 4 days. Note that they say to contact support through phone or email. I should have been suspicious when the phone number on the enclosed card was missing the last digit and I had to look it up on the invoice. I was customer number 2 for 70 minutes before I hung up but I took the opportunity the last couple of minutes to send them an email which they did what I asked by the next day as I wrote above. As much as I love raspberry pi 4 I regret dealing with Vilros.

While looking for raspberry pi4 (8gb) online it was out of stock except Vilros, I think because of you bad support no one buys your products. I hope Vileos will be removed from raspberry.org soon.
