I feel terrible making this review because this place has been great in the past. It’s just that there is no one to talk to there now and I’ll likely forget to make time for this again. This a mixed review because I have never had a bad experience here until last night and I’ve visited many times. I should have watched my order being made. Now I know if I decide I’m still a customer. Last night a very new employee made our crêpe. And my issue is not with them. My issue is with the training and oversight of new staff. This place is a little pricey for me to have to feel like I’m forcing myself to eat something that is not good. For starters, I’m not sure how or why but we were told the build your own crêpe is pick one fruit, one topping and two drizzles and although we stayed within those confines, we were told we would be charged 75 cents extra for the strawberries, which were frozen, and we were in informed of that, however, they were merely placed on top and still frozen in the finished product. But the worst part was that it was just absolutely swimming in the two drizzles we chose. There was more drizzle than crêpe and I’m not exaggerating. It was a puddle. We opened it to eat in the car and it was just terrible. Because it was late and we came from over 30 minutes away, I did not go back in and ask them to redo the crêpe once we saw it. Also, it took a very long time just to get this one because this was the result of the new employee’s second attempt at making our crêpe. Someone really should have overseen every moment of this new employee’s work. We resigned ourselves to just trying our best to eat it. We reached a point where we had no interest in finishing it, which never happens when we come here. I just called them and asked if they would replace this crêpe. The young man who answered the phone asked if it was already eaten. I said it was probably about a third gone. He said call back tomorrow and speak with a manager as there is no manager until then. Odd that there’s no one at all in charge. I placed my call at 5:45pm on a Sunday. I will not be calling back tomorrow just on the chance that they might agree to replace my crêpe and also I’d have to save it another day and if they refuse, I mean, how long is it going to last? I may as well just make the best of it and try to pat off all the goop as best I can. But is this the customer experience you want? It’s not what I would want for my customers if this was my business. Please consider spending more time thoroughly training staff and designating supervisors.

Absolutely incredible experience at Cream Gelateria and Pasticceria! The gelato is rich, creamy, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Every flavor I tried was perfectly balanced – not too sweet, just right. The pastries are fresh, beautifully crafted, and taste just as amazing as they look. The place is spotless, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Whether you're stopping by for a quick treat or relaxing with a coffee, this place delivers a true taste of Italy. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

BEWARE They rent the store out for private events & close the store to the public!! Without notice! We hired a babysitter so we can spend the night together & when we arrived, sign on door said closed for event. Close to 20 people came by and same thing happened to them! Girl behind counter said to call in order and no one answered the phone. Finally after a few tries, they finally put us on hold. 🤦‍♂️ 😢. Not fair.

This is a very solid place to get some good kosher ice cream. In my opinion it ranks in the top 5 kosher ice cream places in Lakewood, NJ. They present themselves as trendy and upscale, and the decor reflects it. They give pretty generous portions, and they are not cheap with the ice cream and toppings. You can get two big scoops for less than six dollars. Toppings are only 50 cents. With so many flavors to choose from it can help to get a sample, and they will gladly give you a taste. The display case is a sight to see. Besides Ice cream they also serve Belgian waffles, acai bowls, lattes, hot cookies, pastries, and more. I found their chocolate peanut butter cup to be delicious and satisfying. Their cookie dough, Belgian, chocolate, pb pretzel are all fantastic flavors. They have plenty of tables, chairs, couches and an area outside. Located in a great shopping plaza. It is a great place to go for a date, night out, or to catch up with friends. Go check out cream. You won't be...

Not impressed. No full menu available, much more interest in selling acai bowls than actual desert, literally zero visible desert choices on the board and no paper menu available, lots of vanilla based Gelato was unavailable, place wasn't so clean behind the counter, one employee was hiding out in the bathroom. Very high prices for a mediocre experience. Clean the place up, hire help that actually wants to be there, make menu choices clear and comprehensive, and you'll have the place full every night. I mean it might be full every night anyway, but this place needs a good manager and a cleaning up of both the space and the...
