I was truly impressed of their service and experience. I have been by many other jewelry stores in and around the area, and nothing comes close to my jewelry shopping experience I had at J Morgan Jewels. As I walked in I was greeted by their lovely sales women/manager, I believe her name was Bashi. She was not only nice and sweet but she was so professional. She made me feel welcomed and spent much time helping me choose a piece of jewelry for my daughter’s wedding. Bashi was able to tap into my likings and was even able to open my taste to jewelry, which I never knew I would appreciate and like. After my initial visit to J Morgan, I returned back a week later. Again Bashi was there to help me and even followed up with me asking how the wedding preparation is going and was super sweet and personal, I was so impressed. In the end, I got two substantial pieces of jewelry. Since then the amount of complements I have been getting is truly a testament to the jewelry quality J Morgan Jewels carries but even more importantly the the unbelievable professionalism and the personalization Bashi and her team have. I would recommend J Morgan with out hesitation....
