I came in to get a bunch of new things that I have never bought before because I was getting married. I was immediately greeted and started on my buying journey. The man I was with did not rush any of my decisions and was really nice throughout the visit, providing me with plenty of examples and his own personal experience. He even offered coffee, which was definitely not something I was expecting! They had an amazing selection of talis, bags, siddurim, and kitel. I am very happy I went down...

Great store! Two beautiful levels fully stocked, amazing Seforim selection downstairs.

Besides for the great selection & display with everything so easy to find, I found the manager I think his name was Mendel so helpful & ready to answer any question I may have or ready to run get that last minute item I forgot once at the register ready to pay.

I was super impressed with Keter Judaica. They have amazing customer service. I received help from the moment that I walked in. The person that worked there took his time to answer all my questions regarding designing and custom making a Tallis and Tefilin bag. I was told it would be ready three in weeks and it was ready right on time. They definitely have the true definition of customer service! I highly recommend...
