If I could put negative stars I would for this specific location. First off don't get me started on the dis organization of the merchandise here jewelry mumbled jumbled half of it is broken or missing pieces. the clothes are mislabeled half the time or in the wrong racks. I went here on 12/28/14 I wasn't in a rush so I walked around the store for a cpl hours just browsing putting things in my cart and when I found something better I would take items out of my cart. after finishing up and walking out with spending over $100 I walked out the security doors and sat out front while waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up. within five minuets I was approached my an asain kid in plain clothes claiming to be loss prevention of kohl's and was joined by a girl about my age also in plain clothes on the phone already with police. they then claimed that I was filmed taking packaging off stuff and putting it back down so if I could come with them and show them where I put it they would appreciate this. I told them I would after my boyfriend came so he would know where I was and not worry. I asked them if I was being accused of stealing and they said no so I then asked if I walked away right then what would they do and their response was to say they couldn't tell me .....WTF!!! you cant tell me what you will do to me if I walk away!!!!!!!! I then emptied my bag and all my pockets to show I had nothing but what I bought they still harassed me my boyfriend pulled up I was fed up by this time so I walked up to his truck and got in they took pictures of his truck WTF im so complaining to anyone in corporate I can this is wrong I even had an anxiety...

One day, I had been waiting in line. Another customer goes straight to the register and the cashier starts helping them. I politely let the cashier know that the customer just cut the line and that I had been next. The cashier rudely tells me to "just wait then". So I dropped the clothes on a nearby rack and left. I did not come back for a couple years because of that. I do not need to deal with attitude when I'm buying something from your store.
Now, I only go when my mom wants to go. This past Christmas season, we had gone twice. Once this lovely lady was our cashier and she greeted us nicely and was super helpful when my mom asked her a couple questions. The next time we came, the cashier helping us at that time seemed to be very grumpy. I understand it's stressful to work during the holiday season, but shouldn't you know that when you choose to work there? Comes with the territory in my opinion. When my mom tried to ask about one of her coupons, he just cut her off and didn't even answer her question. She had to ask again for him to pay attention.
Other than that, the overall look of the store is fairly clean. The layout of the store is straightforward. The clearance section is overly unorganized. The prices are decent. Worker at Amazon return she saw me standing there she continues to talk to her co worker, when she noticed I didn't speak to her to acted nice. Associate didn't greet me and also knew that I was waiting for a receipt, I had to ask for it. Yell at me you can keep the hold thing and tell me that I can leave. She was nice to everyone else, these Associate knows that oh this customer won't say nothing so I'm will treats her with no respect and discriminates.
