Kingpin Pizza — Restaurant in Lakewood

The service was the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. Trisitan clearly had a bad attitude when just walking in and placing the order. When the pizzas was done I asked for extras like peppers, cheese and ranch it got ugly. He refused to give me what I wanted because he said he didn't like the way I asked for it. It was shocking his reply to me and you could see that this young boy was completely agro, it was almost scary. He ended up calling security, Leonard in Cal Bowl and Leonard said he told Tristian to "give the customer what they asked for and say thank you". Another customer even went to tell Leonard that TRISTIAN was completely out of line with the way he talked to me. Can't rate the pizza because I was too disgusted to even eat it. Even after he was told he was wrong I still didn't get the peppers. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

I usually don't give low stars... I'm very understanding and considerate of businesses/employees. BUTTTT the experience, service, and attitude we received is unacceptable. We waited an hour for our pizza, to which we never got (and others who ordered after of us did get theirs) ...and when I asked all the gentleman said was, "I can get you a refund". Not even an apology or the pizza is almost done. Nothing. Then he gave us the $ and was keeping the tip amount. No. Just no. The tables were dirty so we cleaned our own, no problem... we asked for drinks were told to wait.... no problem. Buttttt after all that and no pizza, won't be coming back. We had a horrible experience here while bowling. We couldn’t order online from the bowling alley. Walked over, ordered, and there were a lot of unhappy customers. I should have taken that as a sign. But no. An hour later, no food. I was told they are still working on it. Long. Story short, we got cold pizza, wings and fries after our 1 hour 50 minute bowling session was over. Judging by the reviews, the poor customer service is not unique. We will never bowl at Cal-Bowl or eat at Pino’s Pizza aka Kingpin Pizza again.
