I found Mattress by Appointment on Facebook while searching for a place to buy a nice mattress at a discount rate. I messaged their business page late Sunday night and James (the owner) responded almost immediately. We set a time for the next day (Monday) for me to come in, I came in and tried a few out, found the type that fit my preference and I was able to either finance with no credit disruption or pay cash, I opted for the cash route. James does offer same day delivery but since it was so late when I went in he delivered promptly the next morning and brought it all the way up the stairs and to my room! James was professional, personable, and prompt on top of literally the best communication skills I have come across in a long time . It was refreshing and made my move way easier....

Took the family mattress shopping here last week and we were all pleased with the experience. It's a small business, so it wasn't overwhelming. Anyone with multiple kids knows that the idea of going to a large mattress store with the fam in tow is an unpleasant thought.

The selection, while small, was quality. James was great, explaining each of the mattresses to us and letting the kids try them out. He never pressured us to buy, and he didn't try to upsell. He worked with us within the budget we had set. The mattress types we decided on weren't in stock in the sizes we needed, so James ordered them for us and gave us a reasonable window for when they should arrive.

James and his wife were absolutely amazing in helping me find a great mattress for a great price.
