Kin Ja Teriyaki — Restaurant in Lakewood

I used to come here all the time, until recently. Last week, a friend and I decided to order food. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude to us. We had requested to add tofu to our chicken yakisoba. She told us that that was too difficult! So we asked if we could just order some fried tofu on the side. She said that we were going to have to call her back because someone was calling her and hung up on us. It felt like she was angry at us for calling to order food. Tonight my husband and I decided to give them another try. We had had way more good experiences than that one bad one. Maybe the person was having a bad day. Anyhow, My husband was indecisive about what he wanted, the lady at the counter was getting really agitated and impatient. Keep in mind we were the only ones in the restaurant. I have always loved Kinya it’s good food and affordable. However, I noticed that they have new owners a couple months ago and thought no biggie but today as we were waiting for our food inside the restaurant my daughter was very happy to see me after a long day at work so she was laughing in the waiting room by the desk and just being happy. And the receptionist told her to be quiet loudly and I stood up for my daughter and asked why? My daughter was not being loud she was just laughing and being happy. It look like she was stressed out because of so many orders and she was trying to take it out on my little one.
