TLDR: FAST, HOT, TASTY, AFFORDABLE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Why my experience at this location was excellent:
I Went through the drive- thru on Thursday @ 11PM and although there were cars in line, and I had to wait, it was not excessive.
Person at the drive thru speaker was friendly and did not rush me. I changed my order multiple times and they assisted me with no problem.
The person working the window was quick taking my payment and bagging my order.
My food was carefully put together and not sloppy in its wrapping or bag. They didn’t forget anything.
The actual meal was l prepared with care. There was attention to detail in how the ingredients were added.
My food was obviously fresh and hot.
The price was reasonable: $12 Ultimate Cheeseburger 2 Tacos Medium Curly Fries Small Sprite
All of the food was so tasty and not overly greasy despite some of it being fried.

Read moreThe only reason why I gave them any stars, was the fact that they acknowledged their mishap and the lady (I'm assuming manager on duty) was very nice and quick to fix the problem. However it does not excuse the fact of the disappointment and dissatisfied food we received before hand. Our burgers were small and hard! My husband took a bite out of his burger and I could see the shock on his face from the patty. We then pulled a part the rest of his burger and he had literally a bite left from his hard patty, but more ingredients!! Seeing that I took a look at my burger and looked at the small, sad hard patty! I've never seen anything like it!! In attempt to call to talk to a manager the lines were "busy". With the fourth attempt we decided to just drive and go up to the store, we got there by 9:30 with 30 minutes before lobby closes and doors were locked!! Great, now we have to go to the drive thru to talk to someone!! Once we approached the window, we told the young lady what exactly happened and she was quick to help us, which was awesome!! Read moreI tried to use my app at Lakewood Steilacoom/Hipkins location and manger acted like it was a corporate thing and said they didn’t except app there, I get home and in my bag is flyer for app???? I call him and he says different excuses like could have been email or paper coupon, I said your employee in drive through told you it was app on phone! When I called to explain all he did was brush me off with excuses on why I paid $4 more because he claimed they didn’t except app at his store. Now I know why McDonald’s is so busy because their management is customer service dedicated but this jack and box doesn’t get that, the employee in drive through tried to help and was nice but manager after 2 calls did nothing but bs me. Tired of this locations managers they need to really strive on helping customer not being dishonest.
