If it weren't for the bouncer at the front that greeted me with "we close in 2 minutes" and then let me know that the aesthetician might not have anything for my dark circles.... Sorry- but let's back up for context. I own a construction company that is in the midst of its final project here in CO before moving elsewhere. The final weeks of every construction project have 1 thing you can bet on being in common- long, LONG, hours. And not 12 hour shift long, but 24-48 hour shift long, day after day, week after week. Anyhow it's around week 3 of this and it's begun to take it's toll. 99% sure this kid at the food court today told his mom "look mom! Hes dressed up like the guys in michael jackson video(thriller maybe?)". To which the mom replied, "No son, that's a crackhead. Don't stare it's not polite"... Anyway. So I'm at sephora being informed that my condition isn't worth the effort to try and fix. But I went for it anyway, and the gal that helped me was sweeter than a Georgia peach and had the kind of big green eyes you remember every detail of up until your final moments. It was at closing 6/5/24. She gave me a recommendation for something she uses, and let me tell ya this Ol' Henriksen eye stuff is the bees knees! Thank you very much 2nd gal for not showing a thread of judgment and making an outsider to the world of expensive creams feel welcome... And to the bouncer, I hope both of your shoe laces break at the same time tomorrow on your way to work... Put a smile on for crying out loud ain't nobody gettin through this thing alive! Ps I took 1 minute and 43...
Read moreI walked in Sephora randomly because I was in the neighborhood. I walked in and was greeted at the door and told where I need to go by Jazzy. She had a great personality and made me feel welcome. I found the fragrance section and wandered around for 5 - 10 minutes near the cash register and was ignored by two women. I started to get offended because the women working at the cash register where talking to each other but not helping me. They said something about a card display that people keep moving. The conversation made me assume it was a manager. I was getting restless because the cologne section is not that big and I’m the only person in that section. I walk around because maybe someone else in a different section will help me out. I’m then greeted by Ebony. Ebony remember me from a previous visit at a different location. She remembered my cologne and told me all the special in store. She got the product I needed and told me about new scents. She went above and beyond to make me feel special. Ebony saved this experience for me. Jazzy and Ebony was the highlight of this location! I hope they are rewarded for creating a positive work...
Read moreI love the products at Sephora. I love coming here, but my specific experience here almost all the employees were extremely rude and stuck up, and I got no help at all not or even acknowledged that I was in the store. My boyfriend was trying to get some colognes and he was trying to flag somebody down to get one to purchase and he got completely ignored. We finally got to the register and the lady who rang us up gave a major attitude to us, and when he told her, he wanted to get some cologne, she threw an attitude at him the runaround and acting like he was stupid asking for a cologne. She walked away and snatched up the bag and acted like I was gonna steal some thing. I will not be recommending this location unfortunately to anyone. I will drive far out to a different location where the employees knows how to treat their customers better. I've been to many Sephora locations because I love make up so so much but I've never experienced such rude behavior from employees especially the cashier...
