Renee is overwhelmingly rude. I explained my very specific situation, including the fact that I had spoken to the manager earlier that day and she knew I was coming, and Renee kept speaking over me, not listening, saying āwe donāt do that anymore, you donāt need to talk to the manager.ā I repeated that the manager knew I was coming and would be the only one able to address my issue, and she said āwell sheās probably busy but I guess I can call and tell her that you really need to talk to her for some reasonā, then turned to her coworker and said āI donāt know, she says she needs to talk to the manager about something, I donāt know why she thinks that.ā
Thankfully the manager heard this going on, called me out by name (because, as Iād mentioned, she knew I was coming), and came over to help.
Honestly, this is like my fourth negative experience with a rude Wells Fargo employee, which is odd because Iāve banked with them for over 20 years, and I also never receive people being openly rude this frequently other places.
It would have taken not even a minute for Renee to listen to what I was telling her, but she was unable to do that. At least now I have her to thank for finally looking into...

We were always trained to provide great Customer Service sometimes it seems that it is not always as important any more . I get it the world has changed . I usually go to a branch closer to my home but happened to be near Belmar had never been in there before I was called over by Renee she was dressed so bright and with a welcome to me that made me feel like she actually was happy to help me . She has no idea what she did for my day ! We lost a Son 6 months ago and last week lost my only nephew . I had not left my house for quite a few days didnāt want to see anyone. She was sooo pleasant and went beyond all she could do to help me . Actually she put a smile on my face I didnāt feel like I could do that ever again ....
