I've done a lot of business with this store, and today I was cleaning some stuff out at the house and found an RDA tank and a roll of mesh coil that was brand new. I bought them thinking I was going to get into rebuilding but never had the time. I always keep my receipts for stuff like that until I use it, just in case there are issues... So I went in to return it and pick up a new pod mod. I talked to the manager, Chris who informed me there was nothing he could do to help me without even looking at the receipt. When I asked him why, he told me it had been too long, again without looking at the receipt. While he was speaking he did however, motion to have me hand him the receipt and he unfolded it and checked the date, which was February of this year. I asked him what the return window is and he told me 2 weeks. At that I scoffed and told him I'd be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and as I was walking out he was yelling at me condescendingly about how I should call the corporate headquarters. I later checked into it and contacted Vapor maven via Facebook messenger, they said they would escalate the issue, but as of now I haven't heard back. I'm not sure if the 2 week return thing still applies, but if you are coming here for local personal service, just plan ahead and buy online, they don't value their customers in the slightest. I also want to point out that this is a corporate issue which has infected the manager of this store, the interactions I've had with the other employees has always been top notch. But if you ever have any issues don't expect the store to stand behind their product or help you when you do. With that said, just save yourself some money and some heartache and buy online, the stuff is cheaper...
