I wanted to get my hair highlighted and cut at the last minute, and Danna stayed after she was about to go home, and did my hair. Hands down, she did one of the best jobs I have ever had done. And I've been to a lot of stylists. She took her time, did exactly what I wanted ( unlike some stylists). She made sure I was happy before I left. She was kind and thoughtful. Don’t bother trying to make an appointment here. Danna will make a mistake on her books and tell you to reschedule. When you try and reschedule - she doesn’t respond. At a minimum, respond saying “Sorry, can’t rebook you” or “Here is a referral to someone who may be able to help”. Heads up Danna, it’s bad business to make a mistake and not correct it.
