This place was popping!!! The amount of yidden of all stripes colors and sizes was beautiful! Felt like the bungalow, families everywhere minyanim in the coat rooms the main sanctuary was full and kids flying everywhere. They now have a legit takeout looked really good, as well as fresh breakfast and for lunch pizza. The Rabbi spoke great as well.

This place has it all, big shul, mikvah, coffee, friendliest people running it. We were there on Sukkos and they had nice size sukkah and were selling fresh, in-house baked pizza and also full fleishig menu outside on the grill. Amazing place definitely visit when you in the neighborhood.

Degel Israel Is an Orthodox Congregation there for the needs of the local Jewish community and the visitors to the famous Lancaster and surrounding areas.

The shul has a mini mart stocked with kosher products that can't be purchased at the local stores.

During the seasons when there is a high volume of visitors like chol haomed they set up a very nice meat and dairy take out pop up restaurant to service the kosher community.

I have called over the course of three years as well as emailed in order to find out about the congregation and for minyan times as well as other events. I have also tried to find out about local Kosher food either from grocery stores or restaurants. I have never received a reply over this time. That is not a very encouraging kiruv, nor...

We went to play bingo. They have no food to serve at break and you aren't allowed to bring your own. They don't have any prices listed for bingo and you can play either 6 or 12 no other amounts. So it was our 1st time and they did explain some stuff to us but it would have been nice for the price list and be able to play a different...
