Banter by Piercing Pagoda — Local services in Lancaster

I brought my 3-year-old daughter here to have her ears pierced for the first time. The associates recommended having two people do it. When it came time to pierce her ears, one of the associates completely missed the mark and her earrings were obviously uneven. The girl who did the one ear correctly immediately said how bad it looked. The woman who messed up my daughter’s ear never apologized. Even better, she was the manager. She never apologized, never offered reimbursement, she completely walked away. The earring had to be removed and we had to come back to get the ear re-done. About 30 mins later we went back and were told we’d be taken care of immediately and yet we had to wait for probably 15-20 minutes. The girl who did her other ear correctly re-pierced her ear and it finally looked good. A third associate came over to us and said she was sorry, she couldn’t offer a reimbursement for the experience but she suggested we call customer service to see if something could be done. HORRIBLE, AWFUL, TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here unless you want your child to be completely...

I started at stand 24 we were waiting there for over 20 minutes. They were there talking amoung themselves. A person came up they went to help her right away. The guy there went over to help a bunch of guy while we were there before any of them. When we got to stand24 there was only one person they were helping. The guy basically ignored us, he wasn't helping anyone just standing there. I got fed up with them and went to stand 777. About 500 yards from 24. We got waited on right away. All the girls there were very professional and pleasant. We were waited on as soon as we got there. We will go back to 777 but 24 in my opinion should get rid of a couple employees that just stand around and only seem to want to help certain customers. We were not the only ones this happen to. Several other customers the same thing happened to at 24 and they also went to 777 and got service...

Ignore even though I was standing at the counter where the info was being taken. A bunch of guys were looking at jewelry and the male associate went directly to them. The female associate looked at me several times but still did not come over. The piercing associate said someone would be with us but just went back to her what the heck she was doing.. this was store 24. Store 777 however which was about 500 yards away had 3 women who apologized for stor 24. They were enthusiasticly helping pick out earrings. I get my ears pierced every year. The piercing associate made 100% sure the holes were exactly where I wanted them. Thank you 777 for turning my day around. I look forward to this every year and hope this store is still there...
