If you ever go to this location do not I repeat DO NOT, or at least try to avoid the male store manager. He is was to pushy, he thinks he gives realistic into which he definitely does not. He is also extremely sarcastic. I purchased a vest in store, with help from the store manager, or I believe she is very nice very knowledgeable, very polite. She got me taken care of and on my way. I had to bring said item back this past Friday. The manager on duty, advised me that it had to be mailed back. He said he could gladly send it back. I said that’s fine. Here’s where he really has either no business speaking because he doesn’t hold true to his word, or knows nothing about what he speaks. I asked when I might see my refund and he said 3 to 5 days. When I asked 3 to 5 from when he replied from today. Ok. He handed all of that however when I asked for a receipt his reply oh we don’t give in for web returns, we just send it back for you! No tracking number nothing!
Now I’ve called today which is Tuesday which is 3 business days later. An associate had to take my info and have him call me back. I called there at 11am, he just called back, with the answer to my problem. The answer was oh I’m sorry I forgot to wrap it Friday and send it, I said ok so when idi it go out? His reply oh I just sent it. But wait it’s Tuesday, what happened to Monday? He replied just know it safe and on its way. Your get you refund 3 to 5 days from when they get it! But can I help you with anything else? No any kind of I’m sorry, not is there anything I can do to regain your patronage? Just it’s safe...
Read moreWas super excited about having a local store. Went on grand opening and took some of our kids. Nice to be able to see some of the product in store and compare. They had Lancaster Carhartt shirts made to give away for the grand opening, but were “stuck in traffic, but you could pick it up later in the week”. They put us on a list to come on back and get the shirts. Cool sounds great! Spent my few hundred bucks and left. Drove back out today (40 mins one way) to go pick our shirts up, get there and i am told, “you didn’t pick it up soon enough, we don’t have them anymore. We put them out on the tables already and now we’re out of stock now”. Mind you the store opened on Tuesday 10/10… it’s Sunday 10/15. You tell people to come back later in the week but get rid of what they’re supposed to come back for?? Experience like this, I think I’ll stick to ordering my stuff online or going to local TSC.
