GameStop — Local services in Lancaster

I went there on 7/22/17 to get a Nintendo Switch Console. They had a sign on the door saying that they had the console in stock. I asked if they had the switch console with the neon controllers. Guy said he would have to check. Then he told me they had only the bundle and gray. It was a Zelda bundle so I said I'll take it. Then he told me they didn't have it in stock at the store that it was at their warehouse. I asked when it would get here, and he told me about August 11th so it would take 20 days to get it (even though the sign clearly said they had them in stock). I asked him why they had the sign on the door and he looked at the other associate, and she said, "Oh, I guess we need to take that down." Worst GameStop ever .. Went inside to purchase a new Zelda edition 3ds xl and informed the employee Channing that I may be making an exchange due to some 3ds xl having Tn screens rather than IPS screens and only way to check is to turn it on and check the viewing angles for wash out.. Channing informed to open it in the store and check right there so I did. After I confirmed it was the TN screen I requested to exchange it and James another employee said exchanges were only for defective items and wouldn't grant me an exchange even though 5 minutes before that Channing said it wouldn't be a problem. The staff are just plain clowns. Came in for a simple adapter. And then they just tried to tell me my game wouldn't work because it's not compatible with the tv I wont to hook it up to. I know the cables needed but they had no idea what they was or what I was talking about. Litterly walked over to a tv they had on the counter and showed them exactly what i needed and looked and told me times has changed and I'm looking for something outdated!
