It’s A Small World Child Care & Preschool — Local services in Lancaster

My child came here for 3 days and I pulled him out immediately!! I can’t speak for the older kids classes but as for the infants classroom please run. They definitely neglect the infants leaving an infant in a swing for 3 hrs and then trying to lie after I brought it up to the owner. I’ve also seen kids in high chairs for long periods of times. Most of the staff kind of just looks at you with a blank face when you bring up a concern. The only positive I can say is Yesenia the owner is very nice. Staff also pretends to be Yesenia when you have a complaint or concern. Let’s not forget they don’t feed the babies as needed or even give the formula that you as the parent provides. If my baby is there for 9hrs a day(as I work) why is my child only being fed 2 bottles within that time but at home eats 2oz every 2hrs? I’ve also heard from word of mouth a staff member has hit a child and they denied it. Definitely find another child care facility!!! I love this place. Teachers are great with my kid and he has learn so much since he joined. My kid is only 2 years only and already knows how to count in English and Spanish. I really like that the teachers teach my kid both English and Spanish. I highly recommend this daycare and preschool to all parents.
