I only gave it two stars because the owner is always smiling and very helpful. As far as organizing whooo! Itâs very much crowded I been living out here before the beauty supply was put there and there have always been boxes after boxes blocking the walkways. I purchased 3 bundles of the premium hair I probably spent close to $400.00, I thought the hair would last me at least a year for that amount. No! I even recommended my cousin and she was mad at me because she purchased at least 4-5 bundles. The hair is very hard to dye and it looks very dry(I purchased the body wave and two deep waves only because they told me they were all the same type of hair) just to get home and see that they werenât but I still tried to make it work. I canât support this place anymore. I feel played.
Nope wasnât you that helped , and they asked me if I wanted affordable or whatever they consider âHigh qualityâ and I chose âHigh qualityâ I purchased affordable from here as well and I learned the meaning behind âaffordableâ because I was only able to wear it for two weeks and it started to tangle at the neck. So this time I chose the other option and still spent too much whatever my âprice rangeâ may be $400.00 on one time hair is way too much.    Read moreMy mother has been going here since she opened up the shop, we spend over 400$ a month on wigs, recently we bought three type of wigs, two 100% human hair (or so it said) and one synthetic blend, my mother wore here 100% human hair wig for one week and when she took it off and washed it the whole lace ripped completely off as if it was poorly sewed on, mind you my mother doesnât even have enough strength in her hands to twist the top off a water bottle. as far as the other 100% human hair the hair is falling out, thinning on the top and smells like it burns when you straighten it. My mother goes back to the store to try to get another wig and was willing to pay for one but the owner said she could only do 10% 10% is nothing especially when my mom normally pays over 350$ for a wig at least once a month. Over all I understand she has a business and needs to maintain her bills but she has lost a loyal customer!    Read moreI booked an appointment for 10am with Lannel. She never followed up with me. I texted her the morning of the appointment asking about her braiding hair preference. She then texted me saying she actually had to cancel because of an appointment and could do it at 5pm that day or the The following day. Tuesday was my only day off so the next day wouldnât work. To make it short. We agreed upon 5pm same day. She even texted me at 430 saying she was ready for me. I got there at 4:57 and she was as barely starting another head. My appointment was at 5 and she said she was ready for me. I sat there for 20 mins and she still wasnât half way down. whole experience was unorganized and has left me without my hair done. I wonât be returning. I only send this in hopes that the owner/ managers will come up with a better system. My time/money was not valued. I wasted gas driving there.
