Antelope Valley Juvenile Court — Local services in Lancaster

I will appeal to the day I die they didn't put my family through forensic interviews to not even use the information given on the friends and interviews because it goes against what they are trying to do to my family. Dcfs, Susanna Molina she went and found people who didn't like me use their statements to substantiate every allegation. I don't understand how I got arrested and they came and targeted my children. My kids didn't have nothing to do with me being arrested. They made it their goal to drag out an adjudication hearing for 5 months only to use people who didn't like me. Statements are that I had negative history with in court. Like how as a DI for the courts you go contact people who obviously do not have a good relationship with me and use those statements against me in a dependency hearing that has nothing to do as to why I'm here. And because people feel like I was such a terrible person, I must be a bad crazy mom needing a 7:30 psych evaluation. Oh, I'm black. I'm an angry black woman. She got to be on drugs because she is very direct. The courthouse needs to be investigated. They need to be put on a stand for all the bias decisions and trauma. They have calls on these black families. They don't follow no laws. They don't have no ethics. They don't have no code of conduct. They don't have respect for the people that are out here making a way and living for their kids or families. Don't let you be perfect in their eyes. They will show you that no matter how perfect you are. They have the power to change that and that's just...

The Commissioners here and Dcfs plus Their attorneys obviously dont have kids or dont no how to raise them as parents. They belive in false allegations that are not true. Just because you are hired as a worker doesnt mean you are a good social workers. Alot of Social workers out here make nothing but lies up and try to keep the cases open and procrastinate because they get paid more for having the case open long and just because some of us know our rights and can not be forced to do anything like the Dcfs trys to make us. Also the Commissioners really need to open their eyes and read the reports from the first day, alot do not read it and understand that alot of reports are lies and repeating it self. They need to see the truth and really pay attention to whats real truth and not. Stop treating children like adults..if everyone who reads this agrees lets put a stop to unfairness of the commissioners and dcfs and their attorneys at this court. Lets contact the mayors, media and higher board of this court. Its not fair. They are not fair. And dcfs has been wrong and investigated so many times lets have them investigated again and this time the commissioners too. Us parents are fighting to be in our childrens life unlike other parents out there.. Thats all I have to say. Thank you...
