Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in Lancaster

Alright, I got some beef with this place because I used to sharp here.All the time and I loved it here.But there is this one lady that was always working cash register. I don't know if she's still working or not. But last time I was there, she was still there but she is always nice to white people. She is always polite. She always has a smile, but when she sees anybody of color, she gets an attitude. She starts being rude. She gets dry and she has a horrible demire. it doesn't matter how nice you are to her.And it doesn't matter how polite you are, and it doesn't matter how much you try to say something nice, she always has something to say or she's just constantly having a horrible mood around you. As somebody who is of color and is a very polite person. I find it super rude in any circumstance. When you're working as a salesperson or working register that you're not nice to the people that you're servicing. if they're being rude, then yeah, I get it.But if they're being nice and they're telling you, oh, how's your day or how's it going?Or I hope you have a really great day today.And you just have nothing good to say about it. This store is beyond clean, and well stocked. I always make a joke that an employee is secretly following customers around to pull the next item forward after they choose one. That, or a Stater Bros. Ghost with OCD LOL! You never see an empty/blank spot! It's also nice that you don't have to shop while they are stocking/blocking isles like in most stores. They do it after closing, or that Star Bros. Ghost does! Ask where something is will they just tell you? Nope, they tell you, and walk you to it to make sure you find it. Every single employee, including management at this Stater Bros. is seriously nice and helpful. It's almost like they get their feelings hurt if you try to bag your own things LOL! Well, because there is always someone there to do it for you anyway. They literally cater to you in this store, and you never have to try to find someone for help....

The meat has always been good. Once in a while you get a piece of beef that's a little tougher than usual but it all good. But now they have gone from a Select grade of meat to Choice meat and the meat I grill is excellent now, all the time! I hope they don't raise the price cause I'll be looking out for that. The reason I shop at Stater Bros. Is the quality of the meat and the affordable price. If they wrench up the price I'll go some where else, like Superior market or Walmart! So of the employees are not very friendly but their are other that are just fantastic. Chris the butcher/meat cutter is a very friendly and acomadateing guy. Just be aware he'll give you a friendly ribbing if you dont know what you're asking for or dont know what taliking about, as i found out!
