The Workz Lancaster — Restaurant in Lancaster

I have been going to the Workz Almost every Sunday morning with my fiancée for a couple of years now and NEVER I have I ever had anything negative to say about this place . The person who took my order was amazing and friendly , I usually see her Sunday morning when we go in. Everything was fine , (this time it’s a Wednesday evening for dinner )I placed my to go orderand Waited on the seats on the side by the door . Out of nowhere I heard one of the employees start yelling and a fellow employee ( I’m assuming a newer employee) that they had messed up on 2 orders and so on and so on . She was so loud about it that I could hear this from where I was sitting and I could see other people watching . The individual she was addressing this to was speechless and did not even get a second to speak or defend himself . I went up to the front register and told her I didn’t feel like it was appropriate to handle such situations this way and she pretty much told me to mind my own business and that that’s not all all what she was saying . After that I went back to waiting for my order and when she finally called my name I asked for extra blue cheese, she walked away not saying a simple word and I simply said never mind and walked away, she said “ I was getting it for you” I replied “forget it” and walked away. She laughed loudly as I walked out the door . I have seen terrible customer series before but this has been by far most the worst . The rest of the staff of incredible but this individual is honestly the worst I have ever seen , not for myself but the way she treated a fellow employee in front of customers was so wrong in so many ways . Two different sad occasions within one week! 5/12/20 @7:29pm (1st) I ordered $34.99 worth of food and was told by the employer who took my order. I HAD to download doordash, so they could deliver because I can’t pick-up my order. She also said they would pick my order up in one to two minutes. No food after a whole hour, so I called again, and was told I COULD’VE picked-up my order. Both burgers was cold, both onion rings were soggy, and salad was wilted. Gave them a second chance. 5/19/20 @ 1:55pm Juan took my order. I ask for a dbl cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, onion rings, and a lemonade. I received a burger with the bun, onion rings, and strawberry soda WRONG! Then I ordered a regular cheese burger, onion rings, and sprite. I received a cheese burger, fries, and not a sprite. I even had Juan repeat the order, it was wrong, and corrected him, and had him repeat the order again. Juan said it correctly over the phone, but wrong when I received the order. Called and complained both times, and all they could say was sorry, I’m so sorry. When my husband picked up the order, it was crowded, and no customers were wearing a mask. Man, the fastest, real food you can get! The cooks are so fast, and will accommodate special requests. If you ask for extra anything, they don't play. You get extra! If you ask for onions, they ask grilled or raw? They make sure that you get what you want. If you order over the phone, you might as well be driving (not at the same time), because your order will be done before you reach the parking lot. Place your order, and go get it! The counter employees have gotten much better. They are actually nice now. In the past, they had nothing but snotty, smart mouthed youngsters. Management obviously recognized them (and not in a good way), and did something about them. In a good way! It's a nice place to sit in and eat as well, when you could. And will be again (someday). I used to think the prices were extremely high, but the portions, are extremely huge! That, on top of it being real food, not typical fast food, makes it worth it. The Philly Cheese-Steak sandwiches are yummy! And the large chili cheese fries are no joke! They are seriously a meal all by them self, with left overs!
