Okay so here we go. Yesterday around 5:30 PM I went to Pizza Hut to order a pizza. I used a coupon. However, when I arrived, there was one customer waiting for his order. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. One employee was (what appears to be talking on the phone) in the office. Another employee was mixing the chicken. Another employee (who was pregnant) was walking around as if she had all the time in the world. Then she walked to the back area where she started preparing food. Except she did not sanitize her hands nor did she put on protective gear to prepare the food. She was just putting her hands in the cheese and sprinkling it on the food. Finally at 5:33 PM the person who was in the office came out and asked was I there to pick up? I said no! She then took my order and said it would be about 15 minutes. I went and sat down. Shortly after a barrage of people entered the place. Many had picked up orders and a few places orders. After things quieted down a little. Then the conversations started. Nothing was being said nice about the customers.At 5:53 PM I approached the counter again. Wondering if my order was ready due to the fact that it was well past 15 minutes. Another employee saw me at the counter and asked me if I was there to pick up? I said yes she asked my name and I told her. She then gave me the pizza. When I got home and opened up the box I was excruciatingly disappointed because the pizza looked like a road kill. It was supposed to be a large hand tossed pizza with extra sauce. Instead what I got was something that looked like cal-trans scraped up off the street placed in a box. Not to mention that even though my family and I tried to overlook the inaccurate order, but we had intestinal issues all night long. Read moreTheir systems were down wouldn’t allow online orders. I couldn’t use my rewards. I called in spoke with a Steve he said they were working on the online systems. He could take my order but I couldn’t use any rewards over the phone. First I asked for the inconvenience can I get a discount because I’m was plan on using my rewards to place an order. He said no. I said ok can I use mail in coupons or can you honor the online prices since your systems are down. He told me no to the discount and yes I should be able to us my mail in coupons. He said he already put the coupons in. I said I never gave you a code. He act like the system wouldn’t take my coupon codes after that. The prices stay the same. I asked again are the mail in coupon codes different from online he said yes. But wouldn’t honor my mail in coupons. This wasn’t the first time I had an issues with this location. If their systems are down then they should be able to fix the problem if a person call in. Or at least offered a 10% discount. I earn my rewards and I needed to use them in this particular transaction. I also asked for a manager which he never got. I said thank you...

You should be able to collect points no matter what pizza hut you order at or from as long as your phone number matches but no that's very wrong because my friends and family have slumber parties and book clubs and etc at each other houses and we use to order pizza but still I love you guys the best so I deal with having points at restaurants I most likely will not ever use or accumulate at that location ever again so please take that in to...
