I was racially profiled here at this location by the black guy that works here everyone is oppening boxes and i open a box that didnt have tape and he went to get someone to tell me nd my husband something when there was way more ipeople doing the same things is kind of hard to wait for someone to also come open a box when the guy keeps going outside and has a face everytime we ask for a box to be open there was another guy before he was way cooler and never had an issue before This wasent my first time coming here so i know what to do if i open a box that didnt have a tape it shouldnt have been a problem but it seem like the dude opening the boxes today had an issue with me nd my husband there was atleast 20 other people in the store and his attention was litterally only towards us i didnt hear him saying nothing to noone else also when we did ask him to open the box he had an attitude making me uncomftorble to even ask to open a box reminder to employees without customers you guys dont have a job! Yes i walk out without buying nothing and will not be going back but this guy needs some customer service for sure i hope his boss sees this message because i instagram him and no answer but still puts...

Unfortunately this place has lost me as a frequent visitor and multiple time buyer. I usually drop in one a week. Have never had any issues. This all stems from opening a box to see what’s inside. Note that this is an open box liquidation store the get pallets of open boxed, used items and or over stock items. Now Tony is I assume the owner. He talks about respect but doesn’t hear your view or opinion. He doesn’t de escalate nor talk in a personal manner. Again been in this store dozens of times spent money and every time the rules change. They don’t want you to open boxes. Again over half of these boxes are already opened. How are you going to inspect and make sure everything is there to be comfortable making a purchase? I don’t think people should be forced to buy something they can’t inspect especially a liquidation store. Not all the employees are horrible some of actually exchange numbers with. It’s a big disappointment that I will now and forever. Write this company off and no more time and money at this establishment. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I shopped here a few times and each time it smelt like weed. The worker was walking around smoking something. I think it was a wax pen or a vape. I picked up a box that was already opened, because of that I had one of the workers shine a laser in my eyes and yell at me. He got in my face and told me that was the third time he asked me not to open the boxes. Which it was not and I told him he never did. That was the first time he said anything. He wasn’t calm and wasn’t treating me too well. He also tried to make it so I couldn’t check out. This store has no structure, awful workers besides the one lady, and constantly smells like weed. The workers walk around on drugs and yell at the consumers. Don’t take your kids here because they yelled at my little brother too.
