Had the worst experience with , one of the customer service employees. I walk up to the customer service counter , first issue was her and another employee was having a outspoken conversation across the work room floor , then finally I received her undivided attention , and let her know I was sending money . Yes then ask how much was I sending while I was counting so I continued counting when she asked again , but this time in a aggressive tone , and I stated ma’am you see me counting , she like we have to ask the amount which is common sense especially if I’m send money but give me a moment to make sure my count is correct . This same customer service rep is the exact same one that comes to work at a grocery store in thousands of dollars worth of accessories like she going to a met gala that’s why she have that mind set that’s why she thinks she entitled . Also last of my knowledge Shoppers was a uniformed oriented job , which purpose was in place so each employee can feel the unity that it represents. I will email and write whoever I need to to she about This horrible example of a professional . And would like to give a special thanks to Supervisor Jeff , who was extremely professional and made this experience a little more pleasant. He leads by example and the lady could use a lot of his insight !

However, the past couple of years (including today), my shopping experiences has been VERY unpleasant!!
About 3-4 of the female staff are truly lacking in good good customer service and are pretty rude (ignores me at the self checkout aisles; even after I've repeatedly told them l am deaf and have low vision).
Unfortunately, I'm also dealing with health issues that sometime causes people to "shy away from me" (very understandable -- although I do try to be respectful of people's comfort and spaces), and whenever I enter the store, the facial expressions/body languages (of any of the 3-4 female staff mentioned earlier) are pretty obvious and rather disturbing to me.
It's terribly embarrassing and simply downright rude!! It also causes me to become agitated and I try to hurry and leave the store (sometimes forgetting to bag an item or two).
Regardless of my personal issues (person with disabilities and health issues), as a customer who shops there 3-4 times a month, I deserve to be treated with as much respect as all...
Read moreI visited this location yesterday around the noon hour and my only reason for the one star rating was due to witnessing THREE customers NOT WEARING THE REQUIRED MASK and GLOVES and store employees allowing them to enter the store!!!!! Total disregard to the safety of others thoroughly disappointed me with the continued ignorance that some people continue to behave. TO ALL PATRONS WHO VISIT THIS LOCATION USE PRECAUTION when you arrive and witness these actions I would not shop here for your own safety.!!! Its unfortunate because proper signs were posted upon entering and clearly the store was cleaned and organized and I could clearly smell the Bleach as the floors may have been cleaned BUT PEOPLE ARE STILL NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES...I hope the Store Manager reads this and will take appropriate action before something...
