Sharks Seafood & More — Restaurant in Maryland

First and LAST time ordering from here! ALL Sharks locations have the upmost TERRIBLE customer service to the point I am really not ordering from them anymore because i have had enough!!

This particular time I ordered a BOGO free 6 piece wings with fries and a can of sprite via Uber Eats for a pickup order. I was coming from Upper Marlboro to this location as I needed to go to Target to pickup baby formula for my baby so i figured i would order from this location instead of the Marlton location which is much more worse in customer service 🙄

Place my order at like 8pm for an estimation to be ready at 8:30p. Went to Target first to pick up my items. It is now 9pm and I never got a notification from Uber Eats that my food was ready nor that someone else had picked up my food! I get to Sharks to pick up my food and Uber Eats is showing as if someone had already picked up my order because it would not allow me to show the restaurant any details of customer name or order when you are coming to pick up an order because to my surprise SOMEONE HAD PICKED UP MY ORDER. The guy at the counter shows me that someone signed for my order and I told him they should not have because I ordered mine for pickup NOT delivery! And i tell the employee that THEY made the mistake of giving my order to someone else with my name but spelled Adrian S while i am Adrienne H!! The employee acted like he understood and remade my order for free. I had appreciated that.

When i came back to pick up my order, I told him i had a sprite and he asked canned or bottle, my dumb ahh told the truth and said can but said because of my inconvenience can i at least get the bottle instead. The employee gonna stand in my face and say it is not THEIR fault for my order being given away but instead the Uber driver. As an establishment, take some mf responsibility!! You should have made sure the Uber driver was taking the correct order and not just 2 orders under a similar name that is spelled DIFFERENTLY!! Then the employee had the nerve to say I am bad luck because they never had this issue before 🙄😒 The whole company needs to be thrown away! This is why i give my coins to the hispanics and other black owned restaurants.

Then to top it all off…my fries were burnt and my wings had absolutely NO seasoning!! The only thing that saved my food is the “mumbo”...

Decided on buy shrimp salad for lunch unfortunately after i finish paying and completing submitted my order I got my food and noticed I only had five shrimps I immediately told the cashier that this isn’t acceptable due to the amount I’ve paid. Be refused to At least give me more shrimp at first then he proceeded to become aggressive and yell at me and smiles. I asked who was speaking to in that tone he didn’t say but started talking to the guy that didn’t have anything to do with my order about my order . I then become upset and asked for my refund he refused it stating there system doesn’t do refunds. Which is a ball face lie I asked how long he’s worked he he refused knowing he lied I told him I will leave a review and contact better Business Bureau and see to it that I speak with the owner or anyone that’ll talk to him to do better. He was way out of order from the get go, didn’t greet anyone that walked in with a hi hello or a good afternoon I honestly think maybe a teen would be better for this position because they wouldn’t be as obviously upset about the job because they know they’ll be able to do better change. The guy obviously doesn’t like his job. I took a picture of him because I felt he tried to take advantage of me as an customer. If he is work tell him to smile and wash his hands he he won’t be doing cross...

I recently visited Sharks Seafood & More and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their food and customer service. The standout items for me were definitely the fried fish and whole wings.

The fried fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It had just the right amount of seasoning to give it a flavorful kick without being overpowering. And the portion size was generous - I definitely left feeling satisfied.

The whole wings were also a hit. They were cooked to perfection and had a delicious flavor that had me going back for seconds. I especially loved the fact that they were served with a variety of dipping sauces to choose from.

But what really stood out to me was the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout my meal, checking in on me to make sure everything was to my liking.

And to top it all off, my order came out incredibly quickly. Despite the fact that the restaurant was busy, my food arrived in a timely manner and was still hot and fresh.

Overall, I would highly recommend Sharks Seafood & More to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. The fried fish and whole wings were both standout dishes, and the customer service and speed of order...
