MELANIE should be fired immediately. Absolutely horrible place to eat. Staff extremely rude. My first visit resulted in a 20 minute wait for noddle to be prepared, then once they were ready had to go back in line and wait for shrimp to be prepared another 10 minutes. You have to get them to put food to the side while other food cook to keep each from running out and you waiting. On second trip I went through drive-thru and line went fast but at a price., I advise team that last visit I asked for noddle and received a container of cabbage with a couple broken noddle. The cashier MELANIE cut me off and rudely said what entree do you want. When I asked for a manager she said I am the second in charge and VENESSA who is the manager is not here so I have to deal with her. I was completely blown away. When I arrive to the window and asked her why did she cut me off, she said we gave you less vegetable this time. This validated she heard me and rudely cut me off. I gave food to a homeless man in DC out of principle and went to chick.fil.a next door. The disrespect they Panda Express show to the people of this community is clear. Just read the feedback. They do not understand that they are new to this community and it’s is us the customers who are responsible for their existence. I recently dined at Panda Express, and I have to say, it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and enjoyable.

The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and everything is clearly labeled, which is helpful when you're trying to decide. I opted for the Orange Chicken, which is one of their signature dishes, along with a side of Chow Mein and a spring roll. The Orange Chicken was crispy, sweet, and just the right amount of tangy—absolutely delicious! The Chow Mein was perfectly cooked, with a nice balance of flavors.

I also appreciated the fact that the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. The food was fresh and hot, and it was clear that they take pride in their preparation.

Portion sizes were generous, providing great value for the price. I left feeling satisfied and content, and I can't wait to return to try more items from their diverse menu.

They’re open till 10:30. I got there at 9:15 and almost everything was out or dried up. I asked if more noodles were going to be made and the lady said no. By the time I got to the register I could see they were making more noodles so I asked the cashier to replace the vegetables I got with the fresh noodles since I felt like I was lied too. The lady who originally helped me was explaining to the cashier why she told me that but it still wasn’t reasonable because she ordered fresh noodles for a different customer but told me no. She packed a small container of noodles for me but it was still the old noodles. Not what I wanted. I was extremely disappointed and will not be returning. They had at least 8 employees working and acted like they didn’t want to make fresh food eventho they still had an hour to remain open. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t work there.
