Since the opening in my area, my orders have been wrong the 4 times that I've been. I visited The Habit Burger this evening, placed an order for my family, and it was again wrong even though the manager repeated my order to me. This leads me to believe that the cooks are not paying attention to the orders. They were actually back there talking and joking a whole lot. The reason the Mgr read back my order was bc I was overcharged. And instead of offering me the option of a refund, she gave me a gift card and said that a refund process would've been too much to do I guess...I must say that the gift card was worth a little more ( I believe $7) than what my refund would have been. They should also look into updating their system, as I placed an order for 2 combos and a burger, but the receipt didn't display this...so it appeared that I got individual items. Nonetheless, although I have a gift card, I don't plan on returning as my order was messed up, not 1, not 2, not even 3, but the 4 times that I've been. Ask for white American cheese on all sandwiches, got it only on one. Ask for grilled and raw onions on all and only got it on two. Plus, the presentation of the sandwiches is not the best...very sloppy looking. I also must say that the Mgr. Donna was pleasant, but she should offer the customer an option on whether or not they would like a refund or gift card. Honestly, I wasn't in the mood to debate or go back and forth. Read moreI recently had the misfortune of ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. Not only did they fail to deliver half of my order, but when I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to rectify the mistake, despite me having already paid for the missing items.
The food that I did receive was cold, bland, and completely unappetizing, but the real issue was the complete lack of customer service. After reaching out to both the restaurant and DoorDash support, I was met with rude responses and a complete dismissal of my concerns. They essentially told me tough luck, offering no solution whatsoever. It’s beyond frustrating when you pay for a full meal and receive less than half of what you ordered, and even more so when the business refuses to make things right.
If you value your time, money, and stomach, I’d recommend staying far away from this place. Not only did they fail to provide the food I ordered, but their utter disregard for customer satisfaction was truly appalling. The woman who claimed to be a manager had a absolutely terrible attitude someone obviously pissed her off prior but that had nothing to do with me. They put my order in incorrectly and refused to fix it and told me I can pay for another drink or deal with it then shut the window in my face while I was talking it was completely bizarre. When she came back I offered to pay the difference with card or cash for the drink upgrade she probably didn't hear the cash part since she slammed the window in my face again and walked away. She went and spoke with a tall gentleman that I always see working there then ended up just giving me the drink. I don't think it was worth all the extra drama and arguing. I go here probably 2+ times a week especially when I'm working a lot. I told her this is crazy I'm never coming back here she said ok good and walked away.
