Outstanding from start to finish. The website is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The quality of the sofa we purchased was very good for used and also was as described on the website. We ordered the sofa at 8pm and received delivery at 9:30 am the next morning. You cannot beat efficiency at that level. We were in the range for free delivery which is also a huge bonus. The terms of the free delivery is that they leave it outside on the doorstep with an extra fee for inside delivery. This is a great deal for the price of the sofas. The delivery workers were courteous and polite. We did not choose to pay the extra cost for the inside delivery however the delivery workers let us know they had extra time and brought the sofa in the house for free. Having just graduated college, I am trying to be smart with my money and save up for law school while also decorating my new pad! This was my first time inquiring about any furniture that I found on FB Marketplace, and it was a tremendous experience that left me 110% satisfied. OneUp's response time was incredibly quick, they allow you to put down a $100 deposit and pay the rest in cash at time of delivery which I thought was great, and they were right on time to drop off the couch. Very nice, professional men and super nice to talk to when they dropped off the couch. The couch is clean, looks brand new, and fits perfectly in my new apartment. Truly could not have had a better experience with them, no qualms, perfectly happy! Would buy again from them and hope to! Looking to add new furniture but the cost is prohibitive. And you keep thinking “they don’t make it like they used to back in the day”. Problem solved. Good quality used furniture, at a reasonable price, delivered and brought into your house and put right where you want it! Stumbled on OneUp and glad I did. I needed something for my redone basement and did not want to pay a fortune. Found and viewed a nice set on the web (chose not to check it out in person as the video was enough for me) and had it delivered and brought in. My basement steps are tricky to say the least. Without hesitation, with a lot of elbow grease and effort they got both into the basement. Save yourself the hassle of trolling Facebook, going to see what it really looks like is some shady neighborhood, then picking it up and bringing it home. OneUp is top notch and genuinely nice...
