Can I give minus Stars ? This is the horrible place to for a subway. Absolutely worst people serving there. I asked for hearty multigrain two veggie delight footlong. one bread was little pressed from one side. so I requested to replace it with another one and the guy who was preparing told me "Really ?? Just because of shape of bread you want to replace it? " I said ok... anyway he did with a worst look I can get in 25 years of me in US. second I asked to put extra lettuce and he told, he can' t do that because they have only one bad and he needs to use it for whole evening. remember, it was 6.15 pm.. so he denies it. I asked for chipotle sauce on it. it was empty, so he went inside to replace the bottle meanwhile A BUG FLIED AND SIT ON TOMATO AND THEN CUCUMBER. I politely asked to replace those one piece of tomato and cucumber but he said me he doesn't see the bug so, he won't throw those two pieces away. I told him if he won't change them. I won't take the sub. but he still go ahead and put dressing on it with bug in it and it was fully covered with dressing. I took a picture. but since the guy was not agree to take that one piece of tomato and cucumber out, I refused to buy it. now come to my wife's sub, he started wrapping it and she asked to put salt and pepper and he said he already closed it. with such RUDE approach, we left without buying. I think this is because we are Indian American and he was not.
I write a complaint to SUBWAY and of course, nothing happens as until I am writing this...

Read moreThe customer service was the worst. I came into this place with my sister I walked up got what I wanted the food was way more expensive than it should have been. The woman at the counter had no idea what she was doing at the register. We said we didn’t want the extra drinks. The guy Nick said oh you can put them back in the cooler rudely my sister did we sit down. Nick asked a man are you just going to stand there or order. Very rudely and the customer said he was ordering online. I told my sister we are leaving because the customer service was bad and that man is rude. I asked for the papers to wrap up the food because I’m leaving because the service is unacceptable and Nick started getting angry said I can leave if I don’t like the service I said I am leaving which I was collecting the stuff to leave as I’m walking out he said I’m not aloud back for no reason all because I called him out on his rude behavior. The female worker said they are supposed to ask customers if they are ordering but you don’t talk to a customer like he did. She was trying to stick up for him and his rudeness. Also if you work in any fast food or customer service instead of talking back to a customer and making them more angry you should learn how to de-escalate the situation instead of trying to talk bad about a customer and talking back. Read moreWe went for lunch from a local nursing home with some residents with disabilities and some able to help themselves, as soon as we entered 1 of the staff was already rolling her eyes at us. We proceeded to line up so that we could make our orders, Mindy KAREN the "protein server" was very rude and abrupt not only with the staff (Mix races) but also to the residents. The only time she smiled and became friendly was if a caucasian customer came to her. Being mistreated by a staff member is not a nice feeling especially when she was doing it to the elderly residents we had with us, when we called her attention to this she accused us (staff) of calling her a racist to the point that she called our nursing home and complained about us saying that we were being disorderly. We visited this location with elderly residents and most of us (staff) been working with the company for years, If that wasn't enough at the end of our visit, she specifically told me never visit again if we are going to be disrespectful . As an activities director we make activities possible so that the residents can go out in society and feel a sense of normalcy and acceptance in our community.
