I asked for layers and Sam gave me two ugly choppy layers. I went back to get it fixed and she complained about me having a lot of hair and then told me that she blended my layers even though my hair still looks chopped up. I asked her to cut my hair into layers in the same way the stylist next to us was cutting her client's hair and her response was that every stylist does layers differently. My mom cuts hair, so i have a sense of how hair should be cut and what it should look like if done properly. So disappointed. Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, only one client was in a chair waiting for her timer to ring. Thought "This should be quick". Walked out 15 minures later and still had no haircut. "We'll be right with you" was what i got when i walkes in. I don't know what their definition "We'll be right with you" is, but making your custoner wait for 15 minutes while all employees are in the back room not cutting hair may not be the best way to define it Literally, no one came out for 15 minutes.
