Update January 23 As of April 11 nothing at all has changed if anything it might be dirtier than before. Well this place doesn't ever surprise me I had all kind of loyalty points saved and was told they never expire well i was saving them and this owner thought it was a good idea to cancel everyones points because he went to a "New" program well thats such a racket.way to savemoney so called owner your a ........Update as of January 8, 2025 Place is still as dirty as ever the grill is really bad 7 employees standing around talking not cleaning anything I could see. I love this place I just wish they could do better.I think the sad part is this is what we can see in plain site just imagine what we can't see. Update as of 09/10/2024 It's dirtier than ever it doesn't look like the grill has been cleaned in a very very long time. I posted a picture of my bagel with vegetable cream cheese or what was supposed to be cream cheese this wasn't worth 50 cents. It's an absolute joke. Update: As of June 25th this place is worse than ever it is filthy just look beyond the counter while waiting for your food.Wow the last time I left a not-so-good review the owner of this place blasted me well I guess I never learned,this place is filthy while standing in line I always look around and how my and your food is being prepared I would never eat anything from the grill it looks like it hasn't been wiped down in months and I know the owner is going to say its wiped every night I say BS they might run a rag over it but they don't clean it the counters are disgusting the box where the hash browns are is dripping grease. The floor omg covered in trash the bathroom floor hasn't been clean for quite a while and no It wasn't cleaned last night this place just opened.I sat and had a bagel since that was the only thing that looked ok to eat minimum of 10 employees not one rag anywhere Maybe clean a table but nope mine was covered in trash take a look at the grill exhaust hood its horrible. There are 4 people in here so no they aren't busy and haven't been for the 30 minutes I've been here. hair nets nope gloves nope creamer machine has spoiled milk in the try probably been there way too long. When you restock you move the older stuff forward nope five cases of different cream cheeses all in the front please check your expiration dates I have never left my opinion of a place that was this bad before I'm sure I will hear from the owner but if it helps clean up this place that is a win for everyone. the first time i ordered was inside the place and i got a bagel sandwich and iced coffee that was extremely delicious and fresh! but today my second time ordering here i decided to order for family and have a nice breakfast on the weekend…almost half the order was wrong and dry. it seems like they threw in bakery items from the past day that was already sitting out. my cinnamon roll was dry (only the middle was somewhat warm and good). the cream on top of the roll was literally dry. the hashbrowns are not my favorite, they taste dry and are brittle. the iced coffee was good but this time the iced melted quicker. now let’s talk about the sandwiches, every sandwich came with bacon and i did not want bacon on my sandwich (we ordered 4 sandwiches.) my sandwich came with avocado and bacon and it didn’t include turkey cuz i wanted turkey and sausage, plus i wanted dark toasted and it didn’t even look toasted. my moms sandwich only came with sausage and she ordered turkey and sausage, and her sandwich didn’t include spinach. the only right sandwich made was my brothers. the sandwiches tasted dry as well and the cheese wasn’t melty and fresh like it was when i ordered for the first time. if an item is out, it would be a good idea to take off the item online so people wouldn’t have to waste a dollar or two for something they won’t receive in their sandwich. all in all, the food comes out dry, everything seems to taste dry. plus, they seem to mess up orders that are for more than one person whereas they will perfectly make your order if you are ordering individually. i was so excited to give manhattan bagel a try again but i’ll be finding...

Typically I never write a negative review regarding a company - I would rather discuss any complaint that I have with the manager. Although I tried to do that today I was very offended by the attitude and the manner in which I was spoken to that has led me to leave a rather negative review here. I went through the drive thru today at 11:55 to order a lunch sandwich. I order the Ham and Swiss and told the girl that I wanted the "lunch Sandwich". It is on the menu described as having lettuce,, tomato, onion and mustard. When I got home the only thing on the bagel was ham and Swiss. I was rather annoyed since I paid $11.54 for just ham and cheese on a bagel. So I called the store to speak to the Manager. Apparently I was told that when I ordered my sandwich I should have told the girl all that I wanted on the sandwich - or that was all that I got. Let me ask you this.....when I go to Burger King and order a Whopper - do I need to tell them that I want lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup and mayo or is that just understood since that is how the sandwich is described? The Manager there today was rude and arrogrant to say the very least. I can't understand how they would have anyone with her attitude in that position of authority. She spoke over me and told me that I was dead wrong. No apology what so ever. I will never go to that store again for such poor service and eventually that is all going to catch up with the owners.
