I love the store and the options, but have had absolutely horrible customer service with the online store. I attempted to use a 20% off coupon that stated â20% off on anythingâ. It wasnât going through and the the terms and conditions were not available on the coupon. I called and spoke to a sassy agent named Stephanie. Unfortunately Stephanie did not know how to use her hold button and at one point in the call stated âIâm not dealing with all thisâ before putting me on hold. She then attempted to offer me $10 (~10%) off my order. I refused and reiterated what the coupon stated. She then responded with âso what exactly do you expect?â. I explained that I wanted the 20% or was not going to purchase. She said that she and her supervisor could not see what I was seeing. I offered to send them the screenshot of the coupon, but was quickly excused. I did receive the discount, rightfully so. However, she stated that it was because it was a holiday and they were feeling generous. I restated that it was there blatant error however, she just ignored the comment without apology for the mixup. If I could give the customer service 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service skills. People skills are definitely lacking at this company.    Read moreVisited this location on 09/27/25 for a pair of dress shoes I needed the next day. I didn't find anything on the floor so I thought I'd look in the clearance section. Many of the shoe boxes had stickers that read " ADDITIONAL GREEN % OFF PRICE BELOW" on a green sticker, others the same for red, blue, purple stickers. I couldn't find a staff member to ask so I just went to the register and I asked about the sticker. The cashier asked over her headset and the other associate said that the clearance shoes are all 30%. That associate immediately came up the register and had an angry face and very nasty tone and aggressively said " It's not half off. ACCESSORIES are half off you must have read a different sign that was nearby." and started to walk away. I just mention to the cashier" I understand, I was just confused about the stickers and wondered if it was a separate promotion" the aggressive associate turned right around and raised her voice to me " Why would think that?! It says RIGHT THERE". I stopped engaging with her while she mumbled while walking off and the poor cashier said " I just work here", which is pretty sad that she felt any need to say that because her associate behaves this way with customers. Not to mention they tell you to call the local store but there is no store phone number besides the automated one that doesnât allow you to speak to anyone. They sent my order which is a Christmas present to a store almost two hours away from me rather than the one that is within 20 minutes. Then they say they canât help me because I have to cancel with the store and reorder. I canât reorder because I bought the last pair and they wonât cancel it because I canât reach the store. Then it gets worse. I chat in asking please for the love of god can you help me. They verified that my address was incorrectâŠ.i gave my home address and besides I get junk mail from them all the time so I know thatâs whatâs on file. He said he canât verify me and so he canât help me. Obviously not looking in the correct place since like I said I get junk mail from them all the time.
