
I don't usually write reviews but I must warn people about Kay Jewelers. My fiancé, got me a beautiful Leo diamond ring and we sent it out to get sized the following day. They said, it would take two weeks for the sizing which was understandable. After the two weeks, I went to pick up my ring and I noticed multiple big starches on the band. The starches were extremely noticeable and I told the customer service lady. She took a look at my ring and said, "I don't know, what we can do about this. I'll have to let my manager know". First of all, what do you mean, you don't know what to do about it??!? That right there, was the wrong response. I certainly did not do that to my ring. I had to come back in the following day and talk to the manager and she apologized about the scratches. She then said, it would take a week to send it out and get it buffered. It had been a week and I still didn't hear anything from Kay about my ring. I decided to call them, to see where my ring was and they said the scratches did not come out of the band. So, now my band needed to be totally replaced and that was going to take about 2 weeks to do. So, I finally, get to pick up my ring and I'm extremely excited. This entire process, has taken a month to resolve now. As I go to pick up my ring and try it on, my ring is not in my size. So, yet AGAIN my ring has to be sent out and get resized and it's going to take another week. Also, the only thing they have offered us is a gift card for the inconvenience of their mistakes.
