My son and I made two trips. The first trip, we were helped by a young black man, he was very friendly and accommodating. We left with a shirt and tie.
Unfortunately, my sons homecoming date wanted my son to get a different color shirt and tie, so I found myself returning it shortly thereafter.
I went into the store shortly after opening, there was a late 20s-early 30s looking white man standing at the front counter and speaking on the phone. I bypassed the counter and browsed the tie colors to see if they had what the date wanted. When I was done with this, another young white man came out of the back and asked if he could help me.
I indicated my need to make a return and he said I would have to wait for the man on the phone. After about 5 minutes went by, this young man offered me a chair to wait. Polite, but I declined, stating I hoped it wasn’t going to take so long that I had to get a chair.
So, as time goes by, I’m listening to the man on the phone. It’s clear he’s speaking to corporate and not a customer. He was trying to figure out how to change someone else’s reservation.
I became increasingly irritated. As someone who works in customer service, it seems obvious to put corporate on hold while you serve the customer standing in front of you.
15 minutes later, the man ended his phone call and started my return. Some of his residual irritation from the phone call bled over into our exchange, there was a lot of sighing.
As if this wasn’t bad enough, I’m the middle of my return, the man stopped what he was doing and turned to have a discussion with a customer who came in AFTER me.
Then he came back to work on my return, then he apologized and went back AGAIN to help the other customer.
He made a comment about hoping that we have better luck next time we shop. I won’t be back. This was my first and only experience with...

We had a wedding party that needed to be fitted. When we initially went in, service was awful. It took them forever to even notice us…the other reviews clearly show this is common place. We made it through that and the real fun started.
The week of the wedding, we got texts to pick up our suits. We all took the day off work to go pick them up. Upon arrival, we were told they actually put all the suits on the “dirty clothes truck” and they were no longer there. They said it would be a while, maybe the next day, before they returned, so we left.
Makes sense that I was pulling into my driveway as the call came in saying the suits are ready. I had other obligations, so I had someone pick mine up. All 5 of the groomsmen had sizing errors and we had to return to get them fixed (let’s not forget the wedding is in two days).
I went back because my jacket was far too big. Shout out to my boy Chris who gave me my same coat back and asked “how does this one fit?” When told it was too big he responded “well that’s the best you’re going to get with a rental.” Thanks, Chris!
Unnecessary stress for the bride and groom days before their wedding. DO NOT USE FOR WEDDINGS….or anything honestly.

Read moreWhen we arrived we were greeted by a man named Alex, he was super helpful, super nice and had great energy! They didn't have the colors I wanted to my wedding but he was doing his best to help us find what we wanted. We had left to look at other stores and then came back because we decided to finish out wedding suits with Alex. When we arrived he was busy so we happily waited but another guy named Quan, came over and said he would help us even though we already said we were waiting for Alex, and when we told him our plans for the wedding suits he immediately said it would be possibly to get them in on time even though Alex said we would. When Alex came over Quan very rudly shot him down with saying "Alexwe can't garrentee them that ad you know it!" Me and my fiancee felt very aquward and uncomfortable and just ended up leaving the store having waisted so much time there and then having the rest of our day ruined by that uncomfortable situation. I'm not sure who was in the wrong becuase of course I do not work there but the situation itself could have been handled differently, instead of making us never want to come back there again and ruining our whole day. I'd give different stars for different...
