Had the worse experience here on May 17th. The sales associate could not answer any of my questions about the products that she sells or the store's policy. She constantly had to ask the assistant store manager for help or would simply tell me "I have no idea." I can get pass that part, the worst part for me was the fact that she didnt attempt to help assemble my bracelet, but instead just leaned on the counter, complementing the A.Manager's shoes, and discussing how hungry she was, despite the fact that the store had just opened. I asked her if they no longer assisted with putting the charms on the bracelets and opening and closing clips and latches, to which she replied "I dont know how you want your charms on your bracelet," but she definitely didnt bother to ask either. She didnt ask if I wanted help putting the charms or bracelet on, but instead stood and talked to the assistant manager, who wasn't much friendlier or helpful. I essentially wanted to exchange clips and a safety chain, which the assistant manager approved, but the way the transaction was conducted, ie, miscommunication about the difference in price, the lack of care, and just over vibe and disposition from the manager and the associate was just the worse. I normally enjoy this location but this experience has definitely changed my position. The sales associate "Chantoyia" definitely needs to work on presence, attitude, and being a helpful sales associate and the associate manager could also use some help in being friendly and helpful. Read morePlease do not buy from this company...The jewelry is overpriced and Not good quality.....I paid six hundred dollars for a bracelet and the first time I put it on..two of my charms was missing after probably only being on for a couple hours...I only went to a dinner so It wasn't anything I was doing that should had caused the issue..The problem was I only had 30 days to return it..But I literally didn't wear the bracelet until the end of the 30 days..I wish I would had put it on sooner because I would had definitely returned the item...Now..the interesting thing is..Now all of a sudden I hear lots of people sharing the same experience I went through..smh...I've never heard anything bad about the jewelry before hand..Now at several people are complaining about..I just wish I would had known...Because I don't have money to Waste!!!! I came with high spirit to get couple pieces add to my collection but first I would like my bracelet to get clean while I get my pieces (plan). You know when you are a mom you try to maximize your time. Unfortunately, that was not materialized the lady didn't agree to clean my bracelet because it's "mother's day" they don't do cleaning. I'm confused! When I was there the last time when I bought the bracelet they told me otherwise and more to my disbelief she offered me to buy their $20 cleaning thing to clean it myself. Just wow! So, I just turned around and went somewhere else business.
Consistency is the key. Keep your promise. It's mother's day you know...what simple gesture you can do. Lesson for me: just go online and never to deal with poor...
