I had the most amazing shopping experience ever today at WHBM. Susan and Tammy are absolute angels. I have never in my life gone into a store and walked out happier than when I went in. I am an extremely small person and nothing ever fits. These ladies went above and beyond today, they were not only helpful but just so energetic, they ran around the store and grabbed everything they thought might fit, I spent probably 3 hours in there trying everything on and mixing and matching. I will never buy clothes from anywhere else. I was so unbelievably frustrated when I walked in those doors and they completely turned my entire day around....

This morning my wife and I went Christmas shopping at the store in Eastwood Towne Center. While there, we were assisted by an absolutely PHENOMENAL Associate, named "Charlie." She was SO incredibly friendly, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable! Even though the final sale came in around $200, she acted as if it was $2K: displaying extreme attentiveness, giving my wife numerous excellent suggestions for pairings, and also making the effort to include me in the conversation. I came in to exchange some clothing on 4.11. I took some items in the dressing room. After trying them on I open the dressing room door to a staff member (short with glasses) abruptly telling me to give her the blue sweater. She took it from me and handed to another person shopping in their store. Just about the rudest thing I've ever seen! Another team members did see it happen and asked me if I wanted the sweater but at that point I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. I made my return and left. Don't go to this location!!! Great clothing HORRIBLE...
