Williams-Sonoma — Local services in Lansing Charter Township

My wife and I stopped by this morning, looking for some bowls for our Christmas dinner. This is the first time in years that our sons AND their partners all will be together! We looked around the store, and didn't really see anything we wanted. Then Maria (Marie?) approached us, and asked if we needed assistance. We described what we were looking for, and noted that we couldn't find anything. She said, "If you can give me 5 minutes, let me check our inventory in the back." We did - and WOW, she came up with EXACTLY what we were looking for! Our special Christmas dinner will be TRULY special now, thanks to thoughtfulness, effort, and care of Maria. FANTASTIC customer...

This is HEAVEN for cooks, no matter what kind of edibles you cook! I could spend $1,000 every time I step in the door. They have space devoted to gadgets - things you can never imagine needing until you read the tag on an odd-looking item and realize that you needed that very thing just last week! (I had to get the dual task pomegranate tool!)

The staff is knowledgeable and VERY helpful, but they don't hover. I am going to be back...

Staff were argumentative and crass about pricing of items, which was incorrect each time. I had to prove to them the prices were completely different on their own website. When checking out, the woman behind the register became loud and rude. After being asked to lower her voice several times, which she refused to do, we left without purchasing any of the items we came in for.

Very poor customer service and I will not go back to that...
