Lovesac — Local services in Lansing Charter Township

I had sold myself on LoveSac after experiencing a friend’s couch. All I needed to do was bring my husband in & choose pieces & cover. Saebren was the absolute BEST while I was trying to decide between amethyst & navy. My very predictable spouse wanted black, or anything with black in the print. 34 years together & that was 100% going to be what he said LOL Then I spotted a configuration with wedges and totally loved it. Saebren and I sorted out the order, which sides and all the possible accessories. I was thrilled!

Fast forward 2 hours, hubs kept telling me it would not fit. And dang it, he was right. I totally didn’t bring measurements with me. I was just not thinking of that & since it was a small footprint overall… Crushed, my daughter & Saebren got everything sorted out with Sarah’s assistance. No wedges for me, but my couch will not block every entrance to the space (!) Will update my review when order is received in 1-3 weeks (so fast!)

What a great experience! As soon as I walked in the door Matthew and Sarah made me feel so welcome! And talk about personally! So friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and professional! Even after I'd made my decision about what I wanted to buy, I didn't want to leave. I could have stayed there longer just to hang out and set up configurations for my new Sactional with the cool wooden magnet miniature blocks...it was that kind of atmosphere. Can't wait to get my new PillowSac and Sactional!!! I can't thank you enough Sarah and Matthew for the awesome...

We had the best experience choosing our sactional. The staff at the Eastwood Towne Center store were amazing. They were informative and helpful! We expected to receive our product in 1-3 weeks and we got our shipment within a week. We were also impressed with the level of customer service after we received our Lovesac.
