Walked in with my friends five minutes to close. I wasn't going to buy anything because it was almost closing time and I didn't wanna be that guy, so I was just going to sit with my group. The door was locked even though the sign said they're still open, which I thought was weird. My friend opened the door for me so I could sit with him and the other people. Again, I wasn't gonna order anything, but the cashier and the manager in the back immediately started yelling at me and my friend to "Get out because the doors are locked for a reason." We tried apologizing and were just going to sit with our friends who already had their food, but they kept yelling at us to leave. As a result, my friend, who was already in the building, had to exit the building. I understand not wanting to serve anyone else if you're about to close, but the sign said they closed at 10, and it wasn't 10 yet. Also, the drive through was open till 11 so it wasn't like they weren't going to be getting any other orders for the rest of the evening. Even then, I'd understand locking up early, but yelling at people coming in during normal business hours is just rude. These people weren't even college aged; they were full grown adults. I normally don't write reviews, but I did not like how they treated my friend, who was already in the building sitting with people who paid for their food. Apparently, you can only sit in Culver's if you paid for your food, and apparently yelling at people younger than you to get out as soon as they enter the building (not even causing any disturbances either) is also acceptable. Probably won't...
Read more⚠️⚠️⚠️ WARNING ⚠️⚠️⚠️ 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 ....UNSAFE NOT CLEAN..... I have made many comments to crew, manager, and made public reviews over 10x. They only "dust" the tables when dirty.. THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEM . This is a health department critical violation. This will be the fourth time I've turned them in. Guess they are BRIBING the health department official 🤔. Check pics x2... No sanitizer bottle or bucket anywhere in sight. No spraying Rag before wiping. Rag was not wet and not rinsed after each table. Blue rag for chairs, white dry rag for tables is good practice.
This location is frequently visited by children and college students. Do what you wish to make 150,000 kids and teens sick !!!
Safety of the public should be your main concern, 2nd is proper training for employees and managers. 3rd is quality food.
The WiFi doesn't work now, manager Gil said " our ordering tablets still work so it must be your phone".... 😳🙄🤨🧐🤔
Really Gil???? Those are on a totally separate system... Please get some training for this guy AFTER YOU FIX THE WIFI... THE NEW SYSTEM IS IN CONFLICT WITH THE OLD SYSTEM. PRETTY SIMPLE FIX IF YOU TAKE 5 MINUTES TO LEARN WHY.
I will not do any more work , you have all the information you need to correct this issue or lock the doors until you become responsible. So don't waste my time by having a robot pretend to care, and asking me to contact you by email for more details. Just fix it or close this place down immediately. Don't blame the young lady in the pics either, it is the management not...
Read morePreviously, I gave this establishment 5stars on everything because they earned it. I have stopped here on my personal time & with students dozens of times, never an issue. We are a small school so there's not more than 20 or 30 of us, usually. ANY Culver's I have stopped at always has given the driver & teacher/coach their meals BECAUSE we have brought them hundreds of extra revenue and potential new customers(as some students have never eaten at one & seem to really like it). They are happy that we chose them over the competition. Apparently, this establishment does not feel that way anymore. The manager was so rude when I asked. He said, "I'm not doing that, I don't know who you really are!" and walked away. My coat says my school & bus driver on it, my teacher had her school apparel on. The cashier was rude because she couldn't hear. "I can't hear you, SPEAK UP." Like that to every customer. That is definitely not how you talk to your customer. There are many other customer friendly ways to ask someone to speak up. After 24yrs of driving bus & stopping at thousands of establishments, this is only the 2nd time I've had to say that we will never stop somewhere again. I gave the food 3 stars because I'm sure it would have been good if I would have...
