Copper Moon — Local services in Lansing

Attended a Bridal shower here. The venue is clean and recently updated. There is a small bar but no seating at the bar. Maybe they offer that upon request. The bridal shower was contained to the main level but there is a second (lower) level that is maybe 5 or 6 steps down that has a dance floor and a DJ booth. This almost doubles the amount of space available. There is also a handicap accessible ramp down to the lower level. The aesthetic is vintage elegance with an industrial base. The exposed brick gives the space a unique warmth that you can only find in older buildings like this. Fits right in with the Old Town vibe. There is a small patio with seating that I forgot to photograph and since the lower level wasn't staged, I didn't capture that either. I think this venue is an amazing addition for the Lansing area. You can catch glimpses of the old Spiral night club still hanging around, but the new owners have definitely dedicated time and money to breathing new life into this building. They also offer a small photo booth with one of the packages which was a hit at the bridal shower! I know there is at least one projector screen available for displaying personal videos or photos. My partner and I had our wedding reception at Copper Moon and would not change a single thing. The moment we saw the venue we knew it was our choice - it is absolutely gorgeous, and the layout blew us away! The indoor, dance, and beautiful courtyard spaces made it so easy for us and our loved ones to enjoy the entire night depending on the vibe we wanted in the moment. Sabrina and I could not be more thrilled with our wedding we recently had at Copper Moon. Lynn and Matt are lifesavers and what you get out of their packages are incredible value. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful with the changes they have made and fit what we wanted for our modest, intimate wedding so perfectly. There is not a single thing we would change. It was obvious from the start of working with WED and Copper Moon that these two have experience that speaks for itself and that was so reassuring for us who definitely needed that extra bit of help in planning our big day.
