Horrible horrible experience. On my way to work this morning I stopped in this family dollar store. When I entered the store, there was no one in the front of the store, so called out several times with no answer. I didn't think no one was on the store. It's 1010am. I need to be at work by 1030am so any ways I walk down to the end of the counter and I see two people unloading the truck the truck so I call out hello.. the male cashier yells out to me.. I hear you hear I come. I go on to tell him that I shouldn't have to look for customer service and thank God I'm a honest person because I had a chance to take anything I wanted and there would have been no one to stop me.. he proceeded to complain about how much work he had to do. I told him I understand but part of his job is to meet and greet and also watch and acknowledge the customers so that people don't steal. Well he keep trying to argue back and forward like I wasn't a paying customer so I go and find his manager in which she looked so burned out with no control over her store. But she understood what I was saying but this cashier kept arguing at me on the background. So I continued to walk out the store. This cashier continued to follow behind me saying that I'm band from this store for good.. I'm a regular customer. I've been shopping there for many years and never treated this poorly. So as I'm walking out of the store to My car this cashier continues to argue at me. The whole time until I was down the street. His name is SHANE.. VERY VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. to make it so bad I was only trying to protect my neighhood family dollar from thefts and I'm the one got disrespected and band. I wish I could talk to cooperate but I couldn't find the number so hopefully they read this.. the family dollar on Holmes and Washington. I will start shopping at DOLLAR GENERAL for the better customer service.. I'm going to miss family dollar. I've been shopping here for years. My...
Read moreHorrible customer service, no carts, random items in boxes in frozen section. I'm confused. I worked at this company for 13 years in Las vegas, and there is no way my store would have looked like that. And my District Manager would never allow that. Stuff everywhere in the aisles. No carts, I wonder why? Hmmm, let me guess the employees were using them for merchandise. I noticed a trend with stores in Michigan. It seems as though the health department does not visit enough. Will I go back? Probably not. At least until they get a different store manager. Who at...
Read moreTypical Family Dollar but the employees and management should be ashamed at how disgusting the premises looks outside the building... nothing but trash scattered everywhere and it's been like this for years. Not an inviting look for any business. Those trashing our city like this should also be taking more responsibility to not be such trashy people and littering the environment...
