If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve never seen such low levels of customer service. I called my order in, the person on the phone didn’t seem to understand the question “do you have orange pop” so they passed the phone to someone else. I said my order, even asked them to repeat it back to make sure it was right, it was repeated correctly. I go to pick up the food, the order of course is all wrong. They literally messed every single part of my order up except one batch of wings. I patiently asked them to fix everything, but I was so consumed with doing their job of quality checking the order I forgot to get the dressing and drink. Why you would serve a salad with no dressing is beyond me. I would have let it go, but I am in town helping my brother move and we literally didn’t have anything in the house. I go back, asking for my missing items and a percentage off the bill and they say they can’t do anything. I would have taken 10% which is honestly a slap in the face with me driving a premium gas car but I would not have complained because it would have shown some level of accountability. My bill was $47, so put this in prospective, 10% would have given me just under $5 back and that was apparently too much. They said I would have to bring the food back even though I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a discount for my troubles. I was not about to make another two way trip and take food away from kids. This place honestly needs to be shut down. If you care about yourself, do not dine here. They do not care about you, their service or their image. If you don’t even pretend to care at the front end of the store, I know your cleanliness standards in the back of the store have to be horrendous. This will be my absolutely last time patronizing this place, and when news breaks that their business is failing I will be excited for the new establishment that buys this place and hopefully cares a bit more about...

I went two separate days last week. I don't ever see too many ppl here but I wanted to try it and I was pleasantly surprised I had ordered honey lemon pepper wings an Buffalo wings. They were really flavorful I enjoyed them fries just plain no seasoning I also ordered the cheese steak sandwich it was really good an the egg rolls was on point. The second day we ordered burgers and shrimp I had the onion ring burger it was a good burger no complaints the fried shrimp was just ok nothing special over all you should check them out I had a good experience didn't get much love from the employees or owners at all matter of fact I don't think they even looked at my face lol 🙃 no welcome no thank you no come again just business I really hate how everywhere you go nobody pushes customer service. But I would definitely come back for the wings. PS the store was really clean...

Had a burger 4 bites into it and BAM a fly was in the burger. Got our money back and will never go back. Responding back to the owners comment. How did we scam you?? You could of said no and If you were there "which i think you were" I do believe you were the man sitting at in the booth talking on his phone with the white ear phones you came up to the counter helped bag up a fish order and then went to the back.. You should have came out when the young lady went into the back to tell whoever she talked to and saw it for yourself.... Not a scam we wanted to try somewhere new and support more businesses in lansing. Your place was clean, the fries were hot, burger had good flavor and the young lady working the counter was very nice but I don't think for $24.00 we were trying to scam you BUT THAT...
